FAQs

What do you mean by “online business support”?

Online business support covers the practical tech and systems that keep your business running smoothly behind the scenes.

This might include things like email marketing setup, booking systems, automations, CRM setup, organising your workflows, or fixing tech issues that have been slowing you down.

Sometimes it’s about improving what you already have. Sometimes it’s about starting from scratch. Either way, the aim is to make your systems simpler and easier to use.

What kind of tasks can you help with?

Most clients come to me with things like:

• Setting up or fixing email marketing systems

• Booking systems and calendars

• CRM setup and automation

• Creating simple workflows and processes

• Connecting apps so they work together properly

• Troubleshooting tech issues

• Tidying up messy systems that have grown over time

If something in your business involves tech, systems or processes, there’s a good chance I can help.

What platforms do you work with?

I work with a range of tools commonly used in small businesses.

Some of the platforms I regularly support include:

• Go High Level

• Mailerlite

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Forms)

• Calendly and other booking systems

• Zapier and automation tools

• Canva

• Trello, Asana, ClickUp and other task management tools

• Website forms and integrations

If you already have systems in place, I’ll usually work with what you have rather than asking you to switch tools unnecessarily.

Do I need to know exactly what I need before we start?

Not at all.

Many people come to me knowing something in their business isn’t working properly, but they’re not sure what the best solution is.

Part of my role is helping you figure that out. We can look at what you’re currently doing, where the problem lies, and decide what changes will make the biggest difference..

Do you offer ongoing support or one-off help?

Both.

Some clients work with me on a one-off project to fix or set something up. Others prefer ongoing support so that when something breaks, needs improving, or a new idea needs implementing, it gets handled quickly.

We can talk about what would suit you best.

Can you work behind the scenes in my business?

Yes.

A lot of my work happens quietly in the background. While you focus on your clients or creative work, I can handle the tech setup, improvements, and troubleshooting.

Many clients find this removes a huge mental load from their week.

Do you only work with certain types of businesses?

I mostly work with small business owners, creatives, and service-based businesses who want their tech to work without it becoming a full-time job.

Many of my clients are brilliant at what they do but find the systems side of business frustrating or time-consuming.

What makes your approach different?

I’m not here to overwhelm you with complicated systems.

My focus is on simple, practical solutions that actually work in day-to-day business life.

That might mean improving what you already have rather than replacing it, removing unnecessary steps, or automating things that are currently taking up too much time.

The goal is always to create more breathing space in your business.

What’s the best way to get started?

The easiest place to start is a quick conversation about what’s currently happening in your business and what you’d like to improve.

Often we can identify a few simple changes that will make things run much more smoothly.

From there, we can decide the best way to move forward.

I hired Louise to help me run my 5-Day Content Writing Challenge and because I needed someone who could do some tasks I did not have time to do.

She is a wonder!

We met to lay out the best ways to work together and sorted through what I needed most.

Since then, she’s helped me with research and proofreading and has done a wonderful job.

Reach out to her if you need support to run your business.

Louise is awesome.

I tell her my problem, and she just says ‘Shall I sort that for you?’

And does.

Great to work with, and nothing is too much trouble.

I’ll be using Louise moving forward, for all my admin bits and pieces.

Louise has helped me enormously with my business.

She’s been a positive presence and taken on a variety of tasks that allowed me to grow my business.

It’s such a relief to know I can count on her.

She is proactive and reaches out to ask if a task needs to be done before I even think to ask her!

She does what she says she’ll do. She has a positive attitude, and I enjoy working with her so much.
